During my recent stay at Piastrino, I found the environment to be quite tranquil, a welcome escape from the bustling life in Florence. The shared lounge offered a peaceful setting for relaxation, while the pool area became my little retreat during the afternoon sun. I appreciated having a sunbed by the pool, ideal for soaking in some Tuscan rays. The on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I sampled their homemade wine and olive oil, which complemented the local cuisine nicely. It's close to Vinci, a charming town worth visiting, especially if you're interested in art and history. In my brief stay, I enjoyed a clean, comfortable room with thoughtful amenities. The mattresses were excellent for a restful sleep, though I learned the hard way that the air conditioning works best with closed windows. A minor detail, but it might help future guests! The staff were accommodating and friendly, making the experience more enjoyable. Although I didn't manage to try out all the facilities, I left with a sense of tranquility and a few bottles of wine to remember the experience. Piastrino promises a serene getaway for those seeking a slice of Tuscan life.
